Take it from Tony Hawk “Skaters vote." Skateboarders are often overlooked as a politically active community which in my opinion is a big mistake. Although we still play with simple wooden toys our thoughts on government, community and philosophy are complex. However, this doesn't mean we all vote. In an attempt to change that and motivate our community to participate this election year Colin Read, myself and team of talented creatives came together to make this PSA. What started out as a simple idea involving some fun skits grew into something greater featuring the legendary Tony Hawk and Mark Gonzales. Working on this was an inspiring experience and It was amazing what we were able to accomplish with almost zero budget.
