THE MIDAS HAT

Brian Downey (aka Falcon Bowse) approached director Colin Read to come up with a video incorporating his latest series of hat creations and Colin enlisted my help in coming up with ideas and bringing them to life. The hats were created from deli meats, household cleaning supplies, skateboards and just about anything else one might encounter in a typical day. These everyday items suddenly appearing as hats served as the inspiration for the video. With that in mind and almost zero budget, we created The Midas Hat.
